From 15:00 to 22:00 we are happy to welcome you personally. Outside of these hours, our check-in kiosks allow for hassle-free and discreet check-in and check-out.
If your arrival is delayed, we kindly ask you to inform us by phone or e-mail of your estimated time of arrival. An underground parking garage, for which a fee is charged, is available exclusively for our guests. We ask for prior reservation if possible.

General booking conditions
The standard occupancy for rooms is 2 persons. Extra charge for additional persons in suitable rooms is 40 € / night.
Children up to 5 years are free. After that, they pay regularly.
The local tax is 1,40 € per person and is still to be paid on the spot.
